Comb is the debut musical project of Jonathan Hazan, an independent musician from Israel. Growing up in a progressive-rock household, with King Crimson and Pink Floyd records playing regularly, Jonathan discovered his passion for guitar in his early teens, instantly drawn to the guitar’s power as a compositional tool.

Drawing inspiration from all genres of heavy, groove-oriented music, Jonathan started Comb as an artistic outlet during his years as a psychology student. The project kept growing in scale and complexity, and what started as a collection of riffs and melodies composed late at night, in between studying, became something that warranted more than just bedroom demos.

Joining forces with producer and sound engineer Yonatan Kossov, who introduced him to Drummer Yogev Gabay (Distorted Harmony) and Bassist Lior Ozeri (Square to Check), Jonathan set out to transform his bedroom project into a real-life band.
